Mars Perseverance images show a reflective metal panel wedged between strange rocks. Is it wreckage from the rover descent or something else ? It has dozens of equidistant perforations so is definitely manufactured but doesn't actually match the rover back shell wreckage that is a mile away from this spot in Jezero Crater. Size 18 cm approx. #mars #doorway #nasa NASA's Mars Perseverance rover acquired this image using its Left Mastcam-Z camera. Mastcam-Z is a pair of cameras located high on the rover's mast.
