Conophyton, or "cone stromatolites," from the Mesoproterozoic Lagamar Formation of the Vazante Group in south-central Brazil. This exposure was recently discussed in a paper by Geboy et al., 2013. Sample provided by Dr. Jay Kaufman at University of Maryland, College Park.
