I found what looks just like a stone-age axe on Mars in Gale Crater imaged by the Curiosity Rover. It seems to have a primitive head and thick grained wooden handle, it's leaning back onto an anvil type rock that has some strange objects on and around it. It is around 5 – 8 inches long approx. Could it be an optical illusion? Yes, but I have found many similar tools/weapons on Mars that can be seen on my channel but this is the most ancient looking so far. It could just be a piece of wood leaning back but the axe head seems to be attached through the top of the handle. This looks very similar to some on Earth from the neo stone-age but shows no binding around the head. (leather thong/twine) Indicating sophisticated tool manufacturing by an intelligent culture.
