A perfect white pillar around 100 feet tall. What appears to be a petrified dog that maybe a mudslide victim and some amazing bone like ventifacts protruding from the hardened sedimentary lakebed clay deposits. This image was taken by MAST_LEFT, RIGHT and CHEMCAM onboard NASA's Mars rover Curiosity on Sol 1283 (2016-03-16) > The image has had -20% brightness and 20% contrast applied for better shape definition.
