NASA's Mars Perseverance rover acquired this image using its Left Mastcam-Z camera. Mastcam-Z is a pair of cameras located high on the rover's mast. This image was acquired on Aug. 15, 2021 (Sol 173) This image has had 10% brightness and 15% contrast applied for better shape definition. Also lightly applied colour temperature correction.
