Taken from the Dee Wright Obsertvatory along the McKenzie Pass in Oregon. This 5000 year old lava flow covers most of the area surrounding the volcanic peaks of the High Cascades. This GigaPan was attempted during a blizzard which is responsible for the blurry images.
