This area is mapped by Rader & Biggs (1976) as Mahantango Formation. Note pencil cleavage on breakdown slopes. Bedding is discernible in the most cleanly-exposed portion of the outcrop (center). Structural orientations (right-hand rule): Bedding: 205°, 25° Cleavage: 021°, 90°
