Garnet amphibolite sill in schists, cross cut by granitic dike. This is next to Rosbeg Pier in Co Donegal, Ireland. WS Pitcher notes in his 'Masterclass guide to the Granites of Donegal' that the outcrop deserves further study, as the schists have been adinolized (Na-rich metasomatised) by the intrusion of the gabbro.
