Final go at this. Had to manually shoot this adjusting ISO and exposure on each row. Slight vignetting in the sky area is annoying and after much processing of the raw files, I had to admit defeat...it was just taking too long...literally a half hour per mouse click / adjustment To avoid it completely, I think I will need a much larger overlap. Other than that, I am pleased with actually managing to get such a a large dusk gigapan at all bearing in mind it took 30 minutes to shoot and over 5 days of work to get it into shape.
